Current Gasoline Prices Almost $5 per Gallon in Truckee California

Motorists in Truckee, California are probably feeling the pain caused by current gasoline prices as several stations in the area are charging a hefty amount, up to $4.99 per gallon for regular gasoline and at least $5.15 per gallon for premium gas.

Neighboring areas like Kings Beach, Incline Village, Tahoe City and Reno observed cheaper gasoline prices today, with several communities showing a difference of up to $1.10 per gallon.

Reno had several of the area’s cheapest gasoline prices today. Its regular gas costs between $3.89 and $4.59 per gallon. As of noontime, the current gasoline price of premium gas ranges from $4.09 to $4.83.

Regular grade and premium grade throughout Incline Village gasoline stations are about $4.26 to $4.51 per gallon and $4.46 to $4.67 per gallon, respectively.

On the other side of the Nevada-California border, gasoline stations at Tahoe City and Kings Beach were charging about $4.69 per gallon for regular. Meanwhile, the rate of premium gas at noontime today is around $4.89 per gallon for premium gas.

Farther outside the Grass Valley and North Shore California stations, drivers are spending about $4.03 to $4.39 per gallon for regular grade gas and $4.33 to $4.59 for premium grade gas.

In Carson City, Nevada, regular gasoline ranges from $3.84 to $4.19 per gallon while premium gasoline costs around $4.04 to $4.43 per gallon.

This week’s statewide average for regular gas is $4.176 and $4.380 for premium gas, according to the Energy Almanac of California.
